My name is Liza North. I am a certified MindBodyGreen (MBG) health and wellness coach and a Trinity School of Natural Health Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP). Let me know your goals, worries, and dreams and I will help you find the path that works best for you!
Change can be overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating a new health diagnosis, aiming to improve your diet, or simply looking for ways to reduce stress in your busy life, making changes is never easy. I’m here to tell you that it’s not only possible—it’s incredibly rewarding. As a health and wellness coach, I work with individuals just like you to make small, meaningful adjustments that add up to big transformations.
Celiac Disease, and other dietary related diagnoses, can be very overwhelming. Food isn't just fuel; it’s part of how we connect with others, celebrate, and care for ourselves. Health coaching can help you figure it all out, where to start and how to maintain your diet while reducing your stress or anxiety around these changes.
I often begin with foundations to improve overall gut health but this can look very different for each person. The gut is often called the second brain and beginning here can positively impact your body, mind, and spirit creating a better balance in your life.
When we find balance, it brings us the happiness, growth, and joy we seek. Imagine waking up each day feeling aligned with your goals, physically and mentally. It’s all within reach! The key to creating lasting change is not just about knowing what to do—it’s about having the consistency, accountability, and support to stick with it.

We are constantly bombarded with diet and health advice which can be overwhelming. Through coaching, I can help you determine what information may be best suited for you and where we can best zero in and begin to pave your path to better health.
